Job description

Overview:
In conjunction with the Angels Ticket Office, members of the Ticket Seller staff sell tickets to Angel games and other events at Angel Stadium. This position reports to the Manager, Ticket Operations.
We have openings for evening sellers who are available for evening home games shifts starting at 4:15 pm.
This is a bargaining unit position and the pay rate $18.28 per hour effective February 15, 2026. This position is also eligible for sick time (after 90 days of employment) and complimentary tickets to games (12 per season).
Duties:
  • Sells admission tickets to stadium events and controls transactional payment processing
  • Balances daily ticket sales receipts and reports any discrepancies to management
  • Assists guests with gameday customer service and troubleshooting of ticket technology
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have experience handling money and other means of payment (credit cards)
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, experience with Pro Venue system a plus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to deal diplomatically with the public and fellow employees
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work with other employees and supervisors, maintaining effective working relations

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to continuously sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (up to 50% of shift)
  • Ability to continuously bend neck and twist waist and frequently twist neck
  • Ability to frequently use hands in repetitive movements
  • Ability to occasionally reach above and below shoulder
  • Ability to occasionally lift items up to 10 lbs.
