Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly
About the Role

We're hiring Stadium Cleanup General Laborers to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment before, during, and after stadium events. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guests, employees, and event staff enjoy a clean and well-maintained facility. Successful candidates are dependable, hard-working, and able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Position Overview

As a Stadium Cleanup General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the stadium and surrounding areas. Duties include trash collection, restroom cleaning, sweeping, operating blowers, and assisting with post-event cleanup activities. This role requires the ability to remain active for extended periods while following all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Schedule
  • Event-based scheduling
  • Required shifts are a minimum of 5 hours
  • Typical shifts may include:
    • 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM
    • 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM
    • 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM (least common)
  • Evening, overnight, weekend, and special event availability may be required
  • Schedules may vary based on event needs and operational demands

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep stadium walkways, seating areas, and common spaces
  • Clean benches and areas underneath stadium seating
  • Operate backpack blowers and other cleaning equipment safely
  • Collect and remove trash throughout the facility before, during, and after events
  • Collect aluminum materials for recycling
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Walk throughout the stadium performing assigned cleanup duties
  • Follow instructions from Crew Leads, Managers, and Project Management
  • Report maintenance concerns or facility issues promptly
  • Properly use cleaning supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Respond professionally to cleanup-related requests from management
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
  • Report lost-and-found items to the Crew Lead or Manager
  • Help ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards
QualificationsRequired:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to the assigned work location
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for 3 to 4 hours or longer
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, squat, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
  • Strong attendance and reliability
Preferred:
  • Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, stadium, or event cleanup experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Experience operating blowers or similar cleaning equipment
Working Conditions
