Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Concessions Worker to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a positive stadium guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and always provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Operate the Toast POS system to process payments, coupons, and vouchers.
  • Check identification for age-restricted items in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in all concession areas.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as counters, coolers, ovens, and other food prep areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices.
  • Set up and close concession stands before and after events according to LSC standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management.
  • Promote concession products and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards while on duty.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions about products.

Qualifications
