  • Park in the North Preferred Lot. โ€ข Enter from 95th Ave south of Maryland Ave or north of Cardinals Way.โ€ข Walk toward Gate 3 and the large Red "E" sign. Use the East Club Entry Door. Identification required at sign-in.

Position Summary
The Cook III is an entry-level culinary position responsible for supporting the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who have basic kitchen experience and are eager to develop their culinary skills in a professional, high-volume environment.
You'll work alongside experienced chefs and cooks while contributing to the successful execution of premium food service for stadium events.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Assist with grill, prep, line, or banquet production as assigned.
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and recipes to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
  • Maintain proper food temperatures throughout preparation and service.
  • Rotate, label, date, and store products using FIFO procedures.
  • Practice proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety at all times.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Communicate inventory needs and food quality concerns to kitchen leadership.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
  • Support fellow team members and work multiple stations when needed.
  • Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 6 months of food preparation or kitchen experience preferred.
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, timelines, and verbal instructions.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality in an event-driven environment.
  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one before employment).

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift more with assistance.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including kitchens, coolers, and storage areas.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules.
