Location: Northwest Stadium (Washington Commanders Home Games)
Employment Type: Part-Time / Event-Based
SGA Lists, a premier hospitality and staffing firm is hiring banquet servers in the Saratoga Springs and the Capital District areas for special events.

The VIP Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in premium hospitality areas during Washington Commanders home games and special events. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a first-class guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding food and beverage service to VIP guests in suites, clubs, and premium seating areas.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally while anticipating their needs throughout the event.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and daily specials.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address questions or concerns.
  • Prepare, maintain, and reset assigned service areas before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure tables, buffets, and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Process transactions accurately when applicable.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification when required.
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, banquet, or stadium/event service preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with event service.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Washington Commanders home games.
