Position Summary

The Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club areas. The Premium Clubs Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Clubs Supervisor will assist the Premium Manager with projects including training, inventory, and special events. The Premium Clubs Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business needs.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00 - $29.00.

For Part-Time roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until November 20, 2026.

About the Venue

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment, including concerts and special sporting events.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the setup of food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs.
  • Ensures all clubs are set prior to the event.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout all Premium Club areas.
  • Responsible for communication between counterparts of the department.
  • Responsible for organization and preparation of events.
  • Responsible for supervising team members on non-event and event days.
  • Forward any other inquiries (not regarding food and beverage) to the correct entity and/or personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality.
  • Assist management with monitoring the department by maintaining policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition.
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed.   
  • Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests
  • Supervises the setup of club functions, including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware.
  • Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures. 
  • Assists management team with projects including training, inventory, and special events.
  • All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. 
  • Possession or ability to obtain a valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card).
  • Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through a POS system is required. 
  • Able to perform physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
