Job Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and conveyor belts manually.
- Lift products, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
- Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shift.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 75 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
