Looking for a new opportunity? SIMOS has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates in Buckeye, AZ! At SIMOS, associates are paid weekly on Fridays and have a career path with great opportunities for advancement! This role requires you to be able to load and unload trailers and manually lift, stack, and wrap pallets.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM ($16.00/hour)

Associates must have at least 6 months of Warehouse experience to be considered for this role
Associates will be working in NON-CLIMATE-CONTROLLED BUILDINGS

Job Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and conveyor belts manually.
  • Lift products, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
  • Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shift.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer

  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 75 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
