DEPARTMENT: Finishing & Press
LOCATION: International Gamco (9335 N 48th St. Omaha, NE)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

What You'll Do

This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.

This position will play a key role in duties to include those specific to; 2-Way Feeder, Auto Collator Feeder, Die Cutter Helper, Finishing Utility, Gluer Feeder, Inspector or Laminator Helper. This position will also learn and assist as needed in the following positions: Auto Collator Delivery, Bonzai Delivery, Boxer, Caser, Cutter Helper, Hand Collator, Hand Collator Feeder, Gluer Helper, Label Maker, Material Handler, Order Puller, Packer, Palletizer, Racker, Shrink Wrapper, Slitter Feeder, Slitter Final Checker, Slitter Mixer/Stacker or Taper.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds or more repetitively.
  • Assist the Die Cut Operator in operation of Die Cutter machine
  • Assist in the operation and troubleshooting of the gluing machine
  • Clear mis-feeds as necessary
  • Feed pre-printed Bingo sheets on a continuous feeder
  • Check mix of pulled sets for accuracy as prescribed by the QC reminder
  • Feed pre-printed Bingo sheets
  • Perform quality checks when necessary
  • Perform quality checks prior to loading feeders
  • Inspects pull-tab deals while preparing for boxing
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Gluer Operator
  • Operate and monitor assigned job functions of the 2-Way operation
  • Properly stack skids, lids and boards
  • Fan deals and check for proper jogging, collation, form number and sticking. Notify the operator of any excessive problems
  • Clean designated areas of the 2-Way operation
  • Adhere to all quality control standards and procedures
  • Making boxes as needed
  • Stacking the pull-tab tickets for the cutter operators
  • Cutting stacks of pull-tab tickets to be placed into boxes
  • Pull-Tabs Packer: Receive cut stacks of pull-tab tickets from the Cutter Operator and place pull-tab tickets into deal box by hand according to layout specifications
  • Slide the deal box to the inspectors and fill in as an inspector to inspect that deal box is up to standards
  • Running the casing programs by input games into pc, check serial numbers and apply case labels
  • Feeding the wheel by picking up ½ sheet stacks and put them into appropriate slots
  • Mixing at the end of the imaging lines receiving deal, mix together, fan deal, rubber band and put on skid
  • Shrink wrapping to involve apply security sticker to deal box, match flair to deal, scan flair and deal label and push deal through skrink wrap machine
  • Other duties as assigned.
