What's The Deal?

A fast-paced boutique advertising agency located in the fun and exciting Midtown District of sunny Miami, Florida, is looking for a new Programmatic Specialist. Objective:

To apply for this position, you should be a highly motivated individual with a strong programmatic background to join our rapidly growing Programmatic team. The Programmatic Specialist works closely with multiple internal teams to execute programmatic media campaigns from start to finish.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for assisting with day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and project management of digital media plans
  • Extract and deliver insightful findings for client reports while identifying optimization opportunities to implement, both in real-time and long term.
  • Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients, and accurate/useful performance reports
  • Participate in internal team meetings on key topics or with important media/technology partners
  • Understanding of campaign management and optimization strategies across multiple programmatic formats (bid management, tactics, data, and audience analysis, etc.)
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel client campaigns
  • Embrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches, platforms, technologies, and creatives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience with self-serve DSPs and related platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, Amazon.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Experience coordinating efforts across various teams/offices.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills with attention to detail, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics is a plus.
