Salesforce QA

Pay Range: $50hr - $53hr

Salesforce QA will work on the Salesforce platform to develop and execute tests to ensure product quality across the development lifecycle, including full stack (backend and frontend) testing with strong focus on quality engineering frameworks and Agentforce work.

Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 6+ years of QA experience.
  • Experience in at least 3–5 Salesforce projects.
  • Strong experience in Agentforce work.
  • Strong experience in writing SQL queries and post-data migration validations.
  • Extensive UI testing experience in Salesforce core clouds.
  • Strong understanding of software testing strategies and approaches.
  • Experience testing web-based applications in SaaS architecture.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years of QA experience in Salesforce testing.
  • Experience across 3–5 SFDC projects with at least 6 months in each project.
  • Experience in healthcare domain is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand project objectives and gather test requirements.
  • Design, develop, and manage testing artifacts ensuring proper reuse, versioning, backup, and organization.
  • Execute test cases across Salesforce applications and ensure product quality.
  • Compile test results and prepare formal and informal reports.
  • Communicate testing results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues in coordination with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Integrate test automation into continuous delivery pipelines.
Should Have:
  • Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.
