Our Manufacturing Systems team enables scalable, efficient, and data-driven operations across manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution.
Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Systems to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our warehouse technology ecosystem at our Sunnyvale facility. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Systems, this role will serve as a key partner to Fulfillment, Relics, and Autos teams, driving operational excellence through systems, process improvement, and hands-on problem solving.
This individual will play a critical role in onboarding and owning our Logistics WMS, acting as the primary point of contact with the vendor, and leading configuration, customization, and continuous improvement efforts. This role will also be heavily involved in the future ERP integration and implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity between warehouse operations and enterprise systems.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building, improving, and scaling operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Solving & Operational Support
  • Act as the first line of support for warehouse system issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems impacting fulfillment operations
  • Partner closely with Fulfillment, Relics, and Autos teams to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations through system expertise, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as a strategic partner to warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and throughput
  • Translate business needs into system configurations and process enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fulfillment processes, leveraging WMS capabilities
  • Support potential Allen warehouse operations as needed, ensuring alignment across sites

WMS Ownership
  • Lead implementation, configuration, and administration of Logistics WMS
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the WMS vendor, managing communication, issue resolution, and enhancements
  • Own account setup, user management, and system administration
  • Design, build, and maintain custom workflows and configurations to support evolving operational needs
  • Lead and execute system testing (UAT), audits, and validation processes
  • Develop and deliver technical training to end users and drive system adoption

Systems Integration & Implementation
  • Play a key role in the integration of WMS with upcoming ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment
  • Support broader system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the warehouse tech stack
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and external vendors on integrations and data flows

Hardware & Warehouse Technology Support
  • Support warehouse hardware including handheld scanners, label printers, and related devices
  • Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of warehouse technology infrastructure

Within the First 6 Months, You Will...
  • Lead or support the successful implementation of a Logistics WMS
  • Establish yourself as the primary WMS owner and vendor contact
  • Build strong partnerships with Fulfillment, Relics, and Autos teams
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements and system optimizations
  • Develop and standardize training, documentation, and system usage practices
  • Contribute to planning and early integration work for the future ERP rollout

The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse systems, WMS administration, or fulfillment operations technology
  • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (experience with multiple WMS platforms is a plus)
  • Experience leading or supporting WMS implementations and configurations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational and system issues in real time
  • Experience working cross-functionally with warehouse operations, engineering, and business teams
  • Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and scalable solutions
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train and support end users
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, ownership mentality in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have
  • Experience with supply chain WMS
  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems
  • Background in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
  • Experience supporting warehouse hardware (RF scanners, label printers, etc.)
  • SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience
