Job description

Line Attendant (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)
Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on - rotating)
Hours: 6:00 PM- 6:00AM
About the Role:
As a Line Attendant, you'll play a key role on our production team by:
  • Preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment
  • Inspecting both product and packaging for quality
  • Packing finished cheese products into cases
  • Stacking cases onto pallets on select lines

This is a hands-on position that involves frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying.
Pay Progression - See Your Growth from Day One:
At Masters Gallery Foods, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. You'll receive scheduled wage increases as you grow in your role:
  • Start: $22.93/hour
  • After 90 Days: $24.33/hour
  • After 1 Year: $24.79/hour

Plus $2.00 Shift Differential
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and stacking up to 45 lbs
  • Previous experience with automation or robotics is a plus
  • Attention to detail - you can read packaging and labeling for accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
