Tired of the Chaos?

Many therapists are exhausted by unstable referrals, unpaid admin nights, denied claims, platform churn, surprise rate cuts, and the constant pressure to market themselves like full-time content creators just to keep a caseload.

At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, we built something different: a true clinical home where you can focus on excellent therapy instead of running a small business.

Who We Are

Seasons is a clinician-centered outpatient group practice with 45+ therapists across Coral Springs, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. We combine strong insurance-panel referrals and professional infrastructure with a warm, collaborative culture designed for long-term careers.

The Opportunity

This is ideal for experienced clinicians who:

  • Want steady referrals without constant self-promotion or algorithm anxiety
  • Value collaboration, clinical depth, and respected colleagues over isolation
  • Are ready for a genuine professional environment instead of hustle culture

You became a therapist to do meaningful clinical work not to chase payments, fight billing systems, or build a personal brand.

What Youll Do

  • Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Work a hybrid caseload (in-person in our Broward offices + telehealth)
  • Maintain timely documentation in a supportive system
  • Collaborate in a warm, professional team that values consultation and clinical judgment

Requirements

Required:

  • Full Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • Outpatient therapy experience
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Availability for regular in-person work in Broward County + telehealth

Preferred:

  • Experience with diverse populations (children, teens, couples, families)
  • Insurance panel experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Interest in long-term growth within a stable practice

Compensation & Benefits (True W-2)

Transparent, sustainable earnings with zero overhead:

  • 60% of net collections, paid bi-weekly. Realistic full-time earnings of $70,000$98,000+ annualized at 2430+ sessions/week.
  • Steady internal referrals and a natural caseload ramp-up most therapists reach a sustainable full caseload within 24 months.
  • Zero admin burden we handle billing, credentialing, scheduling, and collections.
  • 401(k) with employer match available after 90 days.
  • Clear path to comprehensive benefits and salaried stability as your caseload grows and life needs evolve.

Therapists stay at Seasons because the environment is calm, supportive, and built for long-term sustainability. If youre looking for a stable professional home where you can focus on meaningful clinical work with real support behind you, wed love to talk.
