Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand / Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants consistent overtime, and is looking for a long-term career in manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, a strong work history, and the ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift. We value employees who show up every day, take pride in their work, and are looking for a stable opportunity with steady hours.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily shop and production operations

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility

  • Read and use tape measures accurately to complete production tasks

  • Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools safely

  • Support machine operators and production personnel as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform quality checks and follow work instructions

  • Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
