Jefferson Radiology is seeking a Thoracic Radiologist to join their growing practice in Connecticut. This role offers a hybrid-subspecialty model, allowing for personalized specialization alongside general-Body responsibilities, with the option to interpret Cardiac CT studies. The position provides uncapped earning potential, a pathway to partnership with profit-sharing, and a supportive, physician-led culture.

Practice Info

  • 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members based in Connecticut
  • Covers multiple imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers
  • Operates on a hybrid-subspecialty model, allowing radiologists to self-select a personalized level of sub-specialization with a hybrid general-Body position
  • Supports a 20-person residency program
  • Offers flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models ranging between 3-5 day-per-week models
  • Utilizes a modern, efficient, and tech-forward work environment with Clario platform and RP's MosaicOS AI-enabled platform

Responsibilities

  • Support a growing practice in Connecticut as a Thoracic Radiologist
  • Interpret Cardiac CT studies from hospital and outpatient settings
  • Interpret body imaging across all modalities (preferred)
  • Potentially teach and work with residents, including at Hartford Hospital, University of Connecticut, and St. Vincent's Hospital
  • Perform a wide range of exams from community hospitals to high-end tertiary care centers
  • Interact with clinical colleagues and attend/present at multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards to earn CME

Compensation

  • Salary Range with a base of $625,000 for on-site and $600,000 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000 annually
  • Commencement and/or Retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively
