Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), hospital charting systems, and equipment like IV pumps is typically required. Compassion, teamwork, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with colleagues. At St. Rose Hospital, Registered Nurses (RNs) play a central role in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff to coordinate patient care plans. RNs regularly participate in care team meetings, communicate changes in patient status, and help implement treatment recommendations. They also serve as advocates for patients and their families, ensuring care is both personalized and effective. This collaborative approach not only enhances patient outcomes, but also fosters a supportive work environment and professional growth opportunities for nurses.

What does a St Rose Hospital RN do?

A St Rose Hospital RN (Registered Nurse) provides direct patient care, administers medications, monitors patient progress, and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
