Long-term 4th grade teacher, experienced in teaching all major subjects in a self-contained classroom.
St. Rita School in Hamden, CT, is searching for a dynamic and highly qualified long-term fourth grade teacher for its school established and maintained in the Catholic educational tradition. It aims to foster a life-orienting faith, at the same pursuing academic excellence, commitment to principles of the Catholic faith, its beliefs and traditions, and service to community on all levels, within a context of awareness of the global dimension of modern life. The school offers an exceptional academic curriculum and provides opportunities for all students to learn and grow in a remarkable educational setting, grounded in Catholic faith and moral values. The candidate should be competent at instructing fourth grade students and be able to assist students who may need additional support.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree in education or a related field and State Certification is preferred.
