Come join us at St. Patrick's Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 303 bed, Short and Long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.
We are seeking candidates for position of: Cook - Part-Time on Weekends.
  • $18 to $20 per hour based on skills and experience.
  • 5am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Cook Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Commercial cooking experience required.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Experience in a healthcare food service preferred.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Must be able to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.
  • Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets.

Cook Job Summary:
  • Handle and prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.
  • Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
  • Meet time schedules for serving of meals and snacks.
  • Supervise and set up steam table for Main Dining Room and trayline meal service to facilitate organized, speedy and sanitary delivery of meals.
  • Check outgoing food for proper amounts, types and quality of food.
  • Properly care for dietary equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public Health and Board of Health Standards.
