Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required; can consider under 2 years depending on experience.
License: Compact license must be in hand at submission.
Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP
Must-Have:
AWHONN certification is required.
Expert experience and ability to perform sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision is required.
Epic experience is required.
Open to working weekends and potentially exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs.
Description:
This role involves providing care in a Labor and Delivery setting.
You will be responsible for performing assessments and interventions during labor and delivery.
Triage of obstetrical patients is required.
You will assist with high-risk deliveries and other obstetrical procedures.
An understanding of baby-friendly protocols and breastfeeding support is essential.
Candidates should have experience caring for neonates and managing labor induction, preeclampsia, and multiple births.
Knowledge of labor and delivery best practices and techniques is expected.
Staffing ratios will be approximately 1:2 during shifts.
Travelers may be expected to float between similar units as needed.
Refusal to float may result in the termination of the assignment.
All requests for time off must be made upfront during submission.
Flexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to contract termination.
