Candidates should apply for this job opening if they fall into one of the following categories:
  • Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
  • RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date

Here is an overview of our newly updated GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program:
  • Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
  • Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire
  • Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
  • Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8months
