What You'll Do
- Responsible for accompanying physicians on daily medical rounds
- Participates in the care of the seriously ill residents.
- Identifies and studies nursing care problems offering suggestions for improved methods of care.
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of medication action, interactions, side effects and contraindications.
- Performs quarterly nursing physicals on residents as scheduled.
- Supervises work performance of nursing and direct care staff and complete disciplinary action.
- Contacts the pharmacy with medication orders.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment
What's Required of You
  • Active PA Registered Nurse License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Positive and Caring Attitude
