We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening shift team at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Our state-of-the-art facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, is dedicated to delivering exceptional sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents.

Role Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during the evening shift. Your expertise will be critical in assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals during the evening shift, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
