Job Summary:
AspenView Technology Partners is focused on transforming the way organizations approach technology by creating high-performing IT teams. The Mid-Level IAM Engineer will design, implement, and optimize identity solutions to enhance security and productivity, working with tools like Okta and Azure AD to ensure secure access for employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and optimize IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Azure Active Directory.
• Develop and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows using APIs, scripts, and connectors.
• Partner with security, compliance, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions into new and existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Support periodic access reviews, audit requests, and compliance reporting (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001).
• Contribute to IAM roadmap planning, bringing forward ideas for innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management engineering or administration.
• Proficiency with at least two major IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, Ping Identity, etc.)
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their IAM models.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance security and usability.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical and nontechnical teams.
