SSL Law Firm LLP, a respected boutique real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced, motivated real estate attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors.


Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases (office, retail and industrial) representing both landlords and tenants, and asset-management related agreements.

• Manage all stages of commercial transactions, including due diligence, title and survey review and closings.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law

• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment

• Excellent attention to detail
