About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Part-Time Operations Associate to support our boutique in Cabazon. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, visually compelling store and understands how strong operational execution drives a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for supporting both front and back of house functions, including inventory management, shipment processing, product replenishment, and stockroom organization. You’ll help ensure product is accurately tracked, easily accessible, and consistently floor-ready. Additional responsibilities include executing markdowns, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards.

While operations-focused, this role also supports the sales floor as needed—assisting customers, locating product, and contributing to a positive, efficient in-store experience.

As part of the Leap platform, you may occasionally support other locations with store openings, events, or coverage. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.


Position Qualifications
Experience: Retail operations experience with hands-on involvement in inventory, stock management, and replenishment; exposure to premium, service-driven environments preferred.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Age: 18+

Hourly Pay Range: $19 to $21 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Operational Execution: Accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, shipment processing, and task completion.
Sales Support: Contribution to conversion, UPT, AUR, and overall store performance.
Customer Experience: Support of retention and satisfaction through efficient, well-executed store operations.
