Job description

Our small, high-performing sales administration office is the engine behind a national field team and a network of loyal clients. We're looking for a dynamic Administrative Sales Support professional who brings polished communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

In this role, you won't just be filling a desk—you'll be contributing to something bigger. You'll support groundbreaking work in a specialized field of medicine, collaborate with a passionate team, and grow your career in a role that truly matters.


This position is an in person position, located in Feeding Hills, MA


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Sales Support , you'll be responsible for all general office procedures and tasks for a medical technology sales office. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Office Coordination: Oversee general office maintenance and coordination, including managing phone, fax, printer, and email communications.
  • Sales Support: Process purchase orders, assist with the procurement of sales and marketing materials, and support field representatives by handling UPS shipments and assisting with the onboarding of new reps.
  • Client Service: Provide direct client support by managing incoming calls and emails, distributing client communications, generating quotes, and compiling product information. You'll also manage client database input and maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies, and sales/marketing materials. You will also provide general administrative support for presentations and projects, and ensure professional interactions with other company departments.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience with professional office responsibilities and procedures. Experience in a sales office is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Mac preferred). Experience with Salesforce is not required but is considered a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Personal Attributes: Must be a good problem solver, capable of working independently and under pressure. You should also be able to follow both oral and written directions.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to operate standard office equipment and occasionally prepare, package, and move shipping boxes, up to 20 lbs.
