Job Description:
The Parsons Mission Software Factory is looking for an experienced operations analyst/ subject matter expert with a broad background in military Command and Control (C2) processes and systems to perform a wide range of tasks on multiple projects. Parsons is a highly technical industry leader uniquely positioned to address customers' most complex challenges across the full spectrum of air, land, sea, cyber and space domains.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to analyzing customer requirements, user interface design, assisting with software development through interaction with software engineers, software functionality testing, preparation of operator training materials, and remote customer demos/training
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a fast-paced environment employing agile methodologies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in military C2. Eight (8) years of additional experience, applicable training and/or certifications may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
  • Current or recent experience in Combat Plans Division (CPD), Combat Operations Division (COD), Strategy Division (SRD) or Operational Assessment Team (OAT) within Theater Air Operations Center (AOC) or Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)
  • Ability to learn and apply skills related to new functional areas
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to lead training events to military and technical personnel
  • Ability to provide exercise support during military training events in functional areas throughout CPD, COD, SRD, or OAT
  • This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense level security clearance which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Extensive familiarity with processes and procedures in SRD, to include but not limited to: Developing Objectives, Measures & Indicators, Measures of Effectiveness, and Assessment processes and applications
  • Familiarity with various C2 systems/platforms (e.g. MAAPTK, C2CORE, TBMCS, GCCS, GDSS, MIDB, JRE, KRADOS, MAVEN, etc.)
  • Experience in a Joint Environment receiving USMTF formatted Requests from USA, USN, & USMC (e.g. AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, etc.)
  • Experience in a Combined Environment supporting coalition efforts (e.g. USAFE, PACAF, AFCENT, etc.)
  • Experience with formal testing of software systems in the air operations domain
  • Requirements Collection & Analysis
  • CONOPS, CONEMP, TTP review or creation

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
