The Boise Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) plays a critical role in enabling Micron's US expansion and long-term manufacturing success. We partner closely with fab, engineering, and corporate teams to translate strategy into execution and keep complex programs moving forward. Our work directly supports site readiness, yield performance, and operational excellence-and we do it together!
As a Technical Program Manager, Yield, you will lead high-impact programs that drive wafer yield performance and fab readiness. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, working with leaders and engineers to turn uncertainty into actionable plans. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and seeing your work translate into measurable results, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and track Yield strategic roadmaps aligned to Best-in-Class targets
  • Lead cross-functional programs, managing scope, risks, changes, and performance to plan
  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive benchmarking, fast-follow initiatives, and best-known method adoption across HVM sites
  • Lead yield governance processes including MPUP, Rapid Response forecasting, and Frontend SPMO reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline or equivalent semiconductor industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Front End Fab Engineering, Process Integration, Product Engineering, Yield Enhancement/Yield Analysis (YE/YA), or Supply Chain related work.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional program leadership: aligning internal/external stakeholders, coordinating business processes, and driving execution in a multi-team environment to enable the success of your programs and deliver the desired results.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Program Management methods and related experience.
  • Strong PC Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 Application suite, Tableau,
  • Power Automate, AI applications (e.g., Co-Pilot), and SharePoint.
  • Initiative-taking and ability to work independently, with excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
