Senior Software Engineers take ownership of significant portions of the software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and design through coding, integration, and testing — while operating within Agile development teams. Senior Software Engineers apply sound engineering judgment to resolve difficult technical problems, evaluate design trade-offs, and help ensure delivered systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards. Senior Software Engineers are expected to review the work of less experienced engineers and provide technical mentorship

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, and deployment

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams and ceremonies

  • Experience with version control and configuration management tools

  • Experience developing on Windows and/or Linux operating systems

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate software architecture and technical trade-offs

  • Strong critical thinking, technical writing, and oral communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to customers
