POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with tenants and decision-makers
  • Assist Senior Property Manager(s) in addressing tenant concerns quickly and professionally
  • Attend regular meetings with Senior Property Manager(s) and key tenants to review property operations
  • Oversee tenant cleaning concerns, perform monthly property cleanliness inspections in coordination with tenants, and manage vendor relationships with janitorial service providers
  • Monitor work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, analyzing trends and recommending action plans to improve service delivery
  • Review, code, submit, and track vendor invoices for approval by Senior Property Manager(s)
  • Prepare tenant bill-backs as directed by Senior Property Manager(s)
  • Prepare vendor and project contracts as directed by Senior Property Manager(s)
  • Maintain up-to-date data, including: tenant contact information, building records, lease file information, and Tenant Handbooks, etc
  • Monitor and report on accounts receivables for Senior Property Managers i
  • Assist with property inspections, including gathering and distributing findings to maintenance and janitorial teams
  • Oversee projects as requested by the Senior Property Manager
  • Ensure operational compliance (i.e., vendor contract reviews, insurance certificate compliance, tenant contact audit, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Property Manager(s) and Regional Property Manager
  • Perform all duties assigned to the Senior Property Manager in their absence
  • Ability to travel locally up to 15%
  • On-site attendance at a company office or a portfolio property is an essential function of the job, five (5) days per week

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a minimum high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate property management. Experience in healthcare property management strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
  • Possess strong initiative and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with the business community and interact with various levels of professionals
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
