Your New Role

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the full oversight and day-to-day management of an industrial portfolio in Metro Vancouver, driving both operational and financial performance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in optimizing property performance and ensuring operational excellence of the portfolio. You will lead the portfolio’s complete financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and accurate tenant billing. You will also oversee property operations, maintaining high standards in maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Property Manager will take ownership of tenant experience, building strong relationships through responsive service, professionalism, and clear communication. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term portfolio performance.


What you’ll need to succeed

  • 7+ years Property Management experience overseeing commercial or industrial portfolios.
  • BCFSA Rental Property Management License (currently active or able to reactivate).
  • RPA or CPM designation.
  • Experience being responsible for full financial lifecycle of properties.
  • Valid BCDL and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset.
