  • Guide Technical Integrations: Assess business and implementation risks, assist with technical problem-solving, and manage internal resources to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify significant risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans, utilizing scenario planning to negotiate solution paths with bank stakeholders.
  • Own Bank Relationships: Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, leading post-contract overview sessions, communication workflow mapping, and shaping early-stage customer relationships.
  • Deliver Consultative Workshops: Create and present engaging decks and training workshops tailored specifically to various bank personas.
  • Monitor & Report Progress: Track progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines, preparing executive-level status reports and summaries for internal and external leadership.
  • Drive Revenue Recognition: Lead monthly revenue recognition processes with Finance, monitoring project tasks and hours to ensure billing is triggered immediately upon milestone completion.
  • Scale Internal Processes: Gather and verify customer solution requirements while developing repeatable and scalable processes to continuously improve project quality and delivery.
  • Champion Product & Team Growth: Mentor team members on negotiation and communication, while continuously sharing direct customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

What You Bring

  • Project Experience: Approximately 4 to 6 years of dedicated Project Management experience.
  • SaaS Expertise: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience directly implementing SaaS applications.
  • Technical Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical data clearly to bank executives and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements and make data-driven recommendations on best practices.
  • Adaptability: A self-driven work ethic with the ability to thrive and maintain high-quality documentation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Direct experience managing Payments and API Integrations.
  • Familiarity or experience working with Accounting/ERP Systems.
