Senior Project Manager

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week)

We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager / Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into execution. In this role, you will lead multiple concurrent initiatives across business and technology teams, driving alignment, visibility, and measurable outcomes while ensuring delivery excellence across a range of methodologies, stakeholders, and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving execution, accountability, and results across business teams, technology teams, and project workstreams.
  • Manage end-to-end project and program delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies based on business needs and delivery context.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and executive leaders to align on priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, governance forums, and status reporting with clarity, confidence, and actionable insight.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource plans across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, portfolio plans, and resource forecasts to support strategic planning and execution.
  • Use project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project to track delivery progress, manage workflows, and improve transparency.
  • Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation management, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management and organizational readiness activities to help teams successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Establish strong delivery governance, monitor performance indicators, and communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Promote continuous improvement in project execution, team collaboration, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple initiatives at once and driving results across business teams and projects.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executive audiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including dependencies, risks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with portfolio management, roadmap development, and resource planning.
  • Experience supporting change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
  • Ability to work with urgency, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.

The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 to $ 94,356 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
