Job description

Masco is hiring a Senior Program Manager of Enterprise Commercial Performance Management to strengthen and scale its enterprise approach to commercial performance. This role enables leadership to operate from a clear, consistent, and market-informed view of performance and improves decision-making and accountability across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Own and Evolve the Commercial Performance Framework
This role is responsible for shaping and governing Masco's enterprise commercial performance framework, bringing clarity to how performance is defined, measured, and reviewed across the business. It establishes a focused set of KPIs, ensures data is clearly defined and owned, and continuously simplifies the approach so leaders can rely on a clear, decision-ready view of performance.
Enable Enterprise Adoption and Compliance
This role partners with business units to implement the performance framework in ways that align with enterprise standards while reflecting each BU's strategies and operating realities. It drives adoption through clear communication, practical enablement, and consistent business rhythms, while working closely with IT, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Commercial teams to establish efficient, scalable reporting processes.
Deliver Decision-Enabling Performance Visibility
The role ensures leaders have a consistent and actionable view of performance, grounded in standardized dashboards designed to support decision-making. Rather than reactive reporting, it builds a repeatable, fact-based approach that connects topline performance, mix, and growth dynamics to underlying business drivers.
Lead Market Growth Intelligence and Insights
A critical component of the role is connecting internal performance with external market reality. By integrating market data from business units into a consistent, enterprise perspective, the role builds a coherent enterprise view of growth and share, ensuring market insights are a core part of performance discussions and strategic decisions.
Build and Lead the Commercial Performance Team
The role also builds and leads the team responsible for performance reporting, analytics, and market intelligence. This includes setting priorities, establishing quality standards, and building a scalable capability.
Qualifications
  • 8-9 years of experience in commercial finance, performance management, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics roles.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of topline performance, mix, and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated experience designing standardized, scalable measurement and reporting processes that enable decision-making.

  • Experience leading small teams within complex, matrixed, multi-business organizations with enterprise stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead teams to build market growth and outlook estimates from multiple data sources, with the ability to scale toward more advanced analytical rigor.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior commercial and finance leaders.

  • Early-career experience in a structured finance or analytics development program strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like
  • An enterprise-wide commercial performance KPI framework is established, with clear definitions, ownership, and a consistent operating cadence.

  • Leadership operates from a clear, consistent, and trusted view of commercial performance across the enterprise.

  • Business units broadly adopt the framework and use it as the primary lens for performance review and accountability.

  • The KPI set is simplified and focused, with redundant or non-value-added measures or ad hoc analysis eliminated.

  • Each BU has a tailored, trusted approach to market estimation integrated into a consistent enterprise-wide view of market growth and outlook.

  • Standardized dashboards and reporting materially reduce the time spent by Masco HQ and business units creating performance reports.
