:The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading larger and more complex technical programs within the Defense Engineering Department. Activities include managing customer communications, creating project planning documents, and leading teams to successful completion of project technical deliverables. Focus will be on Cost, Schedule, and Performance management of the program. The position will interface with all parts of the organization, in addition to customers, sub-contractors, etc

Essential Duties and Responsibilitie

s:Manage all cost aspects of the program from cradle to end of life. This includes leading the Request for Proposal) RFP process, to monthly reporting of program performance, to program closeou

t.Lead all schedule aspects of the program to ensure all teams are meeting their scheduled deliverables and customer need dates are met. Actively manage risk and develop solutions to meet program objective

s.Lead all performance aspects of the program to ensure the collective team meets or exceeds the customers’ expectations/requirements as it relates to the Statement of Work (SOW
