What is the opportunity?

As a senior process owner expert, this individual will lead the governance and oversight of large, multi-year process transformation programs supporting Finance Shared Services ensuring effective program delivery and cross-pillar alignment. You will be the connective tissue between executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational teams, coordinating complex initiatives that drive organizational transformation. This individual will lead transformational change in FSS and will partner with various stakeholder groups to deliver enterprise-wide transformation benefits while managing stakeholder priorities, program health, and strategic alignment across competing business objectives. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise, positioning you to drive organizational excellence through process optimization, artificial intelligence, and automation.

What will you do?

  • Accountable for driving, transforming, and executing our future operations model, aligning our teams and processes based on new and future digital capabilities.
  • Work closely with process owners to support the development of key digital capabilities that will help transform our operations center.
  • Continuously identify and prioritize transformation opportunities leveraging artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital enablers to improve client experience, streamline fulfillment processes, achieve efficiency gains and increased digitization year-over-year
  • Conduct cross-functional analysis with Operations and Lines of Business groups to build compelling business cases for transformation initiatives, maximizing synergies and economies of scale across the enterprise
  • Ensures risk identification evaluation, continuous monitoring, effective controls and escalation disciplines are in place to mitigate reputational, financial and operational risk.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives that increase productivity year-over-year while maintaining regulatory compliance and control effectiveness
  • Set up appropriate metrics to measure and track new operations adoption.
  • Design and deliver meaningful change management practices that enhance organization's executions innovation.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • University degree or equivalent experience (Business/Accounting/ Finance preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Finance Shared Services operational processes.
  • Hands-on expertise managing and leading major operational transformation programs
  • Advanced experience with large program management and complex multi-year initiatives
  • Experience in process improvement, process redesign or operational transformation, with measurable business impact
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
  • Proven capability to track and measure program benefits and risks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with clarity and influence
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to connect process improvements to business outcomes
  • Strategic planning and critical thinking capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Change management mindset and process transformation expertise
  • Sense of urgency with ability to handle multiple demands
  • Confidence in decision making and strategic planning

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years' experience with end-to-end (E2E) process review, mapping and documentation
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or process re-engineering
