Position Summary

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Program Director, providing executive-level bandwidth to define and execute delivery strategies for the Strategic Supplier Program. This is a high-impact, 6-month contract assignment focused on driving organizational alignment and ensuring the program delivers measurable enterprise value. The expected outcome is the successful realization of program objectives through strategic oversight and senior stakeholder management.


Role Purpose

This role exists to solve the business problem of delivery fragmentation and executive misalignment. By providing strategic oversight and senior-level influence, this resource enables the Program Director to focus on high-level transformation while ensuring that complex workstreams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers remain synchronized and on track to meet enterprise goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Program Director and PMO to define and own the overarching delivery roadmap.

  • Co-lead engagement with senior leadership and external partners to ensure program transparency.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate high-level enterprise risks and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Establish high-level governance frameworks to ensure compliance and delivery agility.

  • Direct the monitoring of program health and performance metrics to drive data-backed decisions.

  • Provide senior-level guidance across the program ecosystem to champion best practices.

  • Influence organizational consensus across complex landscapes to maintain program momentum.

  • Deliver strategic recommendations to leadership to optimize program outcomes.


Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in senior program management or delivery leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transformation programs.

  • PMP Certification

  • Expertise in executive stakeholder management and external supplier engagement.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with internal processes and organizational structure and/or similar

  • Experience at a global highly distributed enterprise.

  • Agile delivery and AI-enabled workflow experience.

  • Experience at a consulting firm similar to EY, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PwC


Location In-Office Requirements

  • Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, Atlanta

  • In-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week

  • Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.
