What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager for Raytheon DT’s Data, Analytics, and AI team. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the next generation of Raytheon data and AI products and services. By leveraging enterprise data, AI technology, market analysis, and building a comprehensive understanding of Raytheon business and user needs you will deliver integrated end-to-end solutions that solve highly technical, complex real-world problems.

You will play a hands-on role in defining the vision, prioritizing features, and managing the product roadmaps. This role will also work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, design, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the successful candidate will be highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about using AI to deliver value. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with Agile Release Train teams on the design, development, and sustainment of AI products.  

  • Transform business goals into strategic business initiatives and data, AI, and/or enterprise analytics products and services.

  • Align to Raytheon and RTX’s digital strategy while leveraging business and technical expertise to drive value for the business

  • Research industry, market and technology trends to inform product definition and share with working teams and business units

  • Define and clearly communicate product roadmaps, KPIs, and measures of product success to stakeholders

  • Influence stakeholders and gain consensus for AI product strategy and milestones.

  • Collaborate with Agile Release Train teams on sprint definition, backlog prioritization, development, and release of MVPs

  • Support product innovation by analyzing usage metrics and leveraging VOC research to continuously improve AI solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience with delivering Analytical and Generative AI solutions using Agile methodology.

  • Experience with data driven decision making, including competence with market intelligence, build vs buy decisions, and usage metrics.  The ability to make timely prioritization decisions to ensure deliverables meet critical business needs and timelines

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in order to influence multi-disciplinary teams and develop strong partnerships across functions to drive quantifiable value. Demonstrated ability to translate market and user needs into features, epics, and technical user stories with definitions of done.


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with aerospace, defense, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or data science products a plus.

  • Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud offerings a plus.

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks a plus.

  • Experience with LLMs, Forecasting, Agentic AI, and visual inspection a plus.

  • Ideal candidate is a highly technical, collaborative, detail oriented, reliable individual who strives to deliver the highest quality AI products.

  • Ability to excel in an exceedingly technical environment with high degree of autonomy and accountability.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
