  • Analyze production yields and workflows to identify bottlenecks, developing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions, process failures, or product defects, utilizing operational excellence tools to drive improvements. Manage the
  • Maintenance team, ensuring proper training, resource allocation, and schedule adherence while developing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies or process refinements, managing relationships with contractors and vendors.
