  • Forecast, Plan, Deliver: Seamlessly plan material requirements for forecasted orders, ensuring every production demand is met with precision.
  • Orchestrate Manufacturing Magic: Generate work orders and coordinate the flow in manufacturing cells, fine-tuning the rhythm of productivity.
  • Innovate Inventory: Develop and refine supply replenishment methods. Adjust Kanban quantities like a maestro to maintain the perfect inventory harmony.

Who you are and the experience you bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in planning
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience using ERP within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
  • Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to influence others
  • Knowledge of and experience in manufacturing environment with engineered parts

Preferred experience that differentiates you:
  • B.S. Business Management or related field with 4+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean/JIT production
  • APICS-CPIM
