KHEYSTONE MANAGEMENTÂ Assistant Vice President / Trainer - Key Responsibilities Â
1. Senior Management Collaboration Â
  - Work directly with Managing Director on strategic initiatives Â
  - Participate in executive-level decision making Â
  - Implement management directives across operations at multiple work sites Â
  - Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership Â
  - Assist in developing and executing company vision at multiple barns Â
  - Represent senior management in day-to-day operations Â
2. Leadership & Training Â
  - Lead and develop training programs for riders of all levels Â
  - Work with advanced employees / riders to achieve competitive goals Â
  - Supervise and mentor other trainers Â
  - Support entrepreneurial initiatives within the training program Â
  - Coordinate with facility management on program development Â
3. Public Instruction Â
  - Teach riding lessons using Kheystone's lesson horses (up to 10 horses) Â
  - Develop structured lesson plans for various skill levels Â
  - Maintain lesson horse fitness and training programs Â
  - Schedule and coordinate lesson program (Min of 15 students Max 40 students per week)Â
  - Ensure safety protocols are followed during all lessons Â
  - Monitor and maintain lesson horse equipment Â
  - Track student progress and provide regular feedback Â
4. Operations Management Â
  - Oversee daily facility operations Â
  - Supervise and schedule a team of 3-10 ranch hands Â
  - Ensure execution of daily horse care duties, provide transport and/or emergency care Â
  - Monitor facility maintenance and safety standards Â
  - Manage feed, hay, and supply inventory Â
  - Coordinate with vendors and service providersÂ
5. Business Development Â
  - Collaborate with Managing Director on growth strategies Â
  - Develop and implement business initiatives Â
  - Build and maintain key client relationships Â
  - Support senior management's marketing vision Â
  - Contribute to program pricing and revenue strategies Â
6. Administrative Leadership Â
  - Create and manage staff schedules Â
  - Oversee payroll documentation Â
  - Provide detailed reports to Managing Director Â
  - Assist in budget management Â
  - Handle HR responsibilities Â
  - Maintain accurate records and documentation Â
