Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and increase market share.
    • Set, monitor, and report on sales targets for the sales team.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine dealership offerings and pricing.
  • Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge of all powersports products.
