Wespath'sMarketing and Communications team has an opportunity for a Senior GraphicDesigner. This role is tasked with designing all facets of graphics content toengage stakeholders through a variety of marketing and communications vehicles.They are a motivated, passionate, and innovative designer who possessesknowledge of theories and practices within creative development. They cantranslate complex financial, investment, retirement and health/well-beingconcepts into visually compelling and easily understood graphics. They havedemonstrated strong design experience and possess a strong portfolio that provesdata visualization skills and storytelling design techniques. Committed tocontinuous learning, they stay ahead of emerging trends and design innovationsto elevate the quality and relevance of their work. The Senior Graphic Designeris highly organized, can manage the work of a large number of projects orcreative assets at one time easily, has great attention to detail, knows AdobeCreative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, inside and out, and is able to workdirectly with internal clients to guide and influence the creative componentsof an initiative or communication. They can work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment where meeting deadlines is essential.
More specifically, as a Senior GraphicDesigner, you will have the following keyresponsibilities:
  • Develop visually impactful graphic content, illustrations, presentations and other creative collaterals that communicate Wespath's value proposition and strengthen brand identity for a range of internal and external clients. This includes data-driven graphics, charts, and infographics that simplify complex financial information while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
  • Bring a contemporary design perspective to institutional investment marketing and sales initiatives, creating visually compelling materials that differentiate Wespath's offerings and resonate with sophisticated investor audiences.
  • Provide creative leadership and direction for digital design initiatives, mentoring developing designers while ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across all digital communications.
  • Independently manage graphic design projects from concept through delivery, providing creative direction throughout the process. Attend and contribute to concept meetings with internal clients to understand goals and requirements, develop strong and meaningful design concepts, and ensure work aligns with client expectations, brand standards, timelines and due dates. Participate in ongoing check-ins to review progress, incorporate feedback, and adjust as needed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage design for multi-channel projects such as the communications and marketing efforts related to Wespath'sinstitutional investments business, sustainable investing efforts, high-profile meetings and events, brand refinement efforts, new product/program launches, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout all projects, using the Wespath Brand Guidelines for reference.
  • Integrate closely with the multimedia manager and communications managers to ensure clarity of work and status. Raise issues in a timely manner as appropriate. Stay up to date on design trends and technical capabilities including utilizing AI tools as well as digital design theories to create fresh and contemporary content. Regularly demonstrates that they are students of creative design, able to evolve their designs.

Senior Graphic Designer Benefits and Compensation:

  • The compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $95,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 years' experience as a design/multimedia professional in a corporate, financial services agency or related environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, from concept through delivery, including production oversight using Monday.com, or other project management platforms.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including presentation design, presentation animation, template development, data visualization, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools including Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI technologies to improve creative efficiency and content development. Strong portfolio demonstrating full creative ability from inception to completion, including marketing and communication campaign design and digital design skills.

PreferredQualifications
  • Experience creating retirement benefits, financial, or institutional investment marketing and communications materials. Experience designing fund reports, investment updates, performance summaries, and annual reports
  • Experience supporting executive communications, board presentations, and enterprise-level branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, digital asset creation, and design system management.
