Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications * Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). * 5+ years of active, professional experience in Drupal development (with deep hands-on experience in Drupal 8, 9, or 10). * Strong proficiency in PHP, as well as web fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). * Expert-level understanding of the Drupal API, Hook system, Drush, Composer, and the creation of custom modules and themes. * Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL) and database optimization. * Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in an agile, remote team environment. Preferred Qualifications * Certification: Active CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance). * Cloud Experience: 2-3 years of experience fielding, configuring, and maintaining Drupal CMS environments within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience with containerized development workflows (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman) and modern CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with decoupled/headless Drupal architectures or modern front-end frameworks (like React.js).
