Location: Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C. Metro Area

Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer 3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain software solutions supporting a large-scale .NET application.

    • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.

    • Develop solutions for multi-source data integration and deduplication.

    • Analyze data trends and patterns.

    • Develop queries and reporting capabilities.

    • Design and develop user interfaces.

    • Support mobile application development.

    • Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated software delivery.

    • Develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams supporting highly available national security systems

    Minimum Qualifications
      • US Citizen
