Job description

Title: Senior Contracts Manager

Department: Legal, Privacy & Risk

Reports To: Associate General Counsel

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: New York Office, NY preferred

Job Summary

The Senior Contracts Manager will help formalize and draft the documentation of strategic agreements with clients, support the negotiation of all sales agreements, interpret, understand, and communicate key contractual requirements and obligations, and manage day-to-day contract administration activities for the complete contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate a range of outbound commercial technology and other types of contracts, including client, partner and vendor agreements.
  • Manage coordination between Salesforce and the contract management tooling.
  • Collaborate with the Legal and Privacy group and cross-functional business teams, including Sales, Products, Finance, Human Resources, and other internal operations functions.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients in the creation, review, and administration of commercial agreements, including Sales, Customer Success, and Data Partnerships.
  • Provide assistance with contract language interpretation, negotiation guidance, and support for contract renegotiations and modifications.
  • Provide advice on revenue and legal matters and efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related matters and support contract lifecycle management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions. Must have strong experience drafting and negotiating outbound sales agreements.
  • Experience negotiating agreements related to data licensing and protection is a plus.
  • Experience with contract management systems is preferred.

  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.

Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
