About the Role
In this leadership role, you will bridge business strategy and technology execution across our Global Manufacturing Systems organization. You will oversee business analysis activities, guide complex system implementations and integrations, and ensure manufacturing technology solutions deliver measurable business value. Provide Strategic Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and Business Analysis leaders.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support long-term manufacturing systems strategy.

  • Lead business analysis efforts for enterprise manufacturing systems, ERP, MES, automation, and integration initiatives.
  • Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Support business cases and technology investment decisions.

Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Ensure high-quality requirements, documentation, validation, and change management practices.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and resource plans to support successful execution.

  • Present recommendations and analytical insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications
