Job description

Commercial Lines Senior Client Service Representative

Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Client Service Representative. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

With offices nationwide, our collaborative approach allows us to deliver national strength with local service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive, high-quality client service, anticipating needs and responding promptly to client, producer, and account manager inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Support policy lifecycle and renewals, including preparing renewal submissions and proposals, processing new and renewal policies, change requests, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and insurance documentation (ID cards, certificates, binders)
  • Maintain accurate systems and documentation, ensuring policy data integrity within AMS360 and Worksmart, organizing policy delivery, and supporting ongoing risk management and service needs
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Illinois Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk-management-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; AMS360 experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to 70K per year.
