Licensed Customer Service Rep

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service while supporting investment professionals? We're looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative to be a trusted partner to our Financial Advisors and clients. In this role, you'll combine your client relationship skills, securities knowledge, and attention to detail to help create an outstanding wealth management experience.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for wealth management clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, distributions, beneficiary changes, and other account maintenance activities.
  • Support Financial Advisors with securities transactions, client servicing, and business development efforts.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and portfolio review documentation.
  • Coordinate with custodians, broker-dealers, and internal partners to ensure seamless account servicing.
  • Monitor and process transactions accurately while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Help identify process improvements that enhance both the advisor and client experience.
What Makes You Successful
  • Active FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses required.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of investment products, securities operations, and industry regulations.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required.
  • FINRA Series 7 registration required and must be maintained in good standing.
  • Additional registrations such as Series 63 or Series 66 may be required based on business needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations (e.g., 6-8 hours with breaks).
  • Occasionally required to stand or walk short distances.
  • Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse and telephone system.
  • Visual acuity to read computer screens and written documents.
  • Occasionally lifting office supplies, files and small packages (typically up to 10-25 lbs.)
  • Ability to hear and understand spoken communication, including customer (internal and external) inquiries and phone conversations.
  • Ability to speak clearly and be understood in person and over the phone.
