We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Chicago office and play a key role in leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality financial advisory services.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate, you will manage multiple client engagements while serving as a trusted advisor and mentor within the organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple engagements across service lines, overseeing financial modeling, analysis, and research
  • Preparing client deliverables, including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials
  • Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of interns, analysts, and associates
  • Leading client and partner meetings, presenting findings and explaining complex financial analyses
  • Managing document collection, retention, and engagement workflows
  • Supporting business development efforts through webinars, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Participating in internal projects and firm-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Associate or in a similar financial advisory, valuation, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance role
  • Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and corporate finance principles
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
