Minimum 5+ years of professional Database Administration experience in an operational environment particularly with Microsoft SQL Server or 2 years SQL Server and 3 or more years using a different DBMS. 

Minimum 8+ years extensive experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server programming 

Skills and Tools required for Microsoft SQL Server 2012: 

Management Tools - Management Studio, SQL Profiler, SQL CMD, SQL Agent, Tuning Advisor 

Programmability & Development Tools - T-SQL Queries (DML, DDL, TCL), SQL Data Tools 

Security - User, Roles, Auditing 

High Availability - Database Backup & Restore, Log Shipping, 

Scalability and Performance - Indexing, Partitioning 

RDBMS Manageability - PowerShell Scripting, Performance Report, Index Maintenance 

Integration Services - Configuration, Import - Export, SSIS Designer, Data Profiling, Transformation
